Bill did great for us. Very direct, thorough, knowledgeable, and flexible. Bill was willing to work with our work schedules. He made the process easy by having face-to-face meetings and walking through the steps of the process. As a first time buyer it helped to have someone who prefers in person meetings yet is timely to not hold you long. Would recommend to others.
