I've lived here for 4 years (in the main neighborhood, not the enclave), and its nowhere near like the reviewer above described. Its in no way ghetto, the residents aren't rude, and there are most certainly no drug dealers. All that happens here is your typical neighborhood things, like the landscaping company might miss an area or something along those lines. As far as the builder, those guys you do have to watch. I won't buy a Taylor Morrison house again, as they do skimp out on everything. Even their upgrades, like carpet, are still not high quality at all. But, this review is for the neighborhood, not the builder.

One of worst communities in the county. straight up ghetto. People are rude, builder is full of lies, speeders day and night with no care in the world, but for themselves. Drug dealers living next door. The police do nothing. Shame! The Enclave and Channing park are a complete fail.
