Carol sold us a mobile home complete with them taking care of set up - including getting the electricity, footings, water, septic, skirting, etc . Then we were told that they didn’t take care of all that but after wanting our down payment back they did complete some of the agreed upon setup. They installed the skirting and it ended up buckling and breaking. Shingles loose on roof. Water freezing in master bath which is ten degrees colder than rest of home. Would not recommend them

I went with my sister and my fiancé to look at a house. We asked Carol witch one we were looking at she point at the house 4 times and said the one with the black shudders. So went to that one and fell in love with it. So we signed the purchase agreement and went home and we were going to fill at the paperwork on line. We put done the down payment and got home and got a call from the Carol saying she showed us the wrong house and gave us the wrong price and so we asked if we would happen to like the house we were supposed to look at would we get it for the price she told us and she said no. She sent us a picture of the house we were supposed to look at it and it was gross. So thank you Carol for messing it all up.
