Planning on leaving this bank. My mother went in to deposit a check into our joint account. Before she even explained she was a member they started to berate her. She's a widow with two small children and was just trying to deposit her check from a federally recognized company. A man came out and started to publicly shame her. I am beyond furious.

I Bank here but have had alot of problems and wish they would be more modern mosti of the tellers are Ok but the higher ups can be very strange about things
