My family is extremely thankful for this office. Our cat stopped eating due to stress and developed a fatty liver and we were in a poor financial situation but the entire extensive treatment and diagnosis was kept within our means. Today our cats feeding tube was removed because she is on track for a complete recovery. Everyone we encountered in this office was professional and truly animal lovers. Our cat had to stay a few nights for constant monitoring when her condition was it's most critical and she left with new friends. Highly recommend this Vet.

Amazing Vets & Staff. I literally cannot say enough good things about them! I have used them for many years & just to list a few things that stand out, I had an after hours emergency & Dr. Stafford literally met me @ the clinic 10 minutes after I called, he did surgery on my dog & everything was only $300! They even worked with me on letting me make payments since I am an established customer & it was unexpected. I've unfortunately lost 2 dogs in the past, 1 had to be put to sleep & they were so kind & amazing to both myself & my dog during that difficult process. Then last year my Yorkie got attacked right @ 5pm, they stayed late to see her she unfortunately could not be saved but they didn't even charge me a penny. They even called me the next day to check on me & the entire staff signed & mailed me a sympathy card. They truly do care about all animals, both small & large (they've helped with our horses in the past also) & they also care about the owners. I wouldn't go anywhere else & never hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Their rates are affordable & much less than vets in Springfield so even if you don't live in the Fair Grove area it is well worth the 15 mile drive north of Springfield! Thank you for your great care throughout the years!
