Tara and Gregg were amazing. I originally started with a different lender who drug us through the mud, it was a mess and I finally came to our sense and switched to evergreen home loans and within 6 weeks I was signing documents and the house was officially ours. I will never go anywhere else.

The loan officers representing the buyers for my home are incompetent. Issues that should have been addressed and resolved at the loan qualification stage have caused a 30 day delay in closing. UNACCEPTABLE Please see photo- this is the approval letter that was submitted with the offer for my home stating 3 things were needed to close- 1. clear title 2. clear appraisal 3. updated paystubs. The letter explicitly states the buyers employment, credit and assets have been verified through underwriting. Monday 7/2 (3 days before closing) my agent calls and informs me that Evergreen just found out through underwriting that employment isn't verified and we can't close. The approval letter is completely dishonest. There needs to be consequences for shady lenders who will lie and deceive to get their clients offers accepted. Revised my review to 3 stars as the loan did finally close
