This company is a complete unprofessional disgrace. Property manager Charlotte lets the tenant pay rent whenever she pleases. The tenant has been consistently late every single month and is not forced to pay any late fees. They let the tenants do whatever they wish with no consequence. I constantly have to reach out to the property manager Charlotte, every month regarding the tenant. Unfortunately our tenant is friends with the company and can do whatever she pleases. I have no clue what we are paying Howard Hanna for. It’s a joke and take your business somewhere else.

The company fails to acknowledge any of my maintenance requests in a timely fashion, and their “repairs” only leave me calling back in a month. My property has cracked ceilings, a constantly-leaking air unit, and minor discrepancies like wall cracks and poor painting, but NO ONE has come to solve theses problems, even though I am a well-paying tenant who has submitted numerous tickets to their futile portal.
