I used Ernie in refinancing my home. The transaction went smooth. He was always available even at 930pm when I had a quick question. I've had friends that used him to refinance and they were very happy with his services. Thanks Ernie for all you do. Stephanie.

Just wanted to send a big thank you to Universal Mortgage and Ernie Donaldson for my dream of home ownership come true. He worked his magic and coached me so that I was able to buy a home of my own after a messy divorce. I never had to look back thanks to Ernie. He is my Rock Star!
