The customer service at this bank is incredible. I used to bank with Bank of LS, but switched over because my boyfriend recommended this bank. I can honestly say I’ve never had a negative experience and Jade has helped me so much! I am grateful to know that I’m working with people who are 100% honest with you and want you to get your money’s worth with whatever you do. 10/10 I highly recommend banking with Central Bank of the Midwest, even if you’re not in LS because overall they have really good staff at all their locations.

I have banked here for several years now and truly cannot rate it high enough! Everyone is always so nice and willing to help. Adam in particular has been absolutely wonderful. He has on multiple occasions helped me out with issues that don't always even end up being directly related to his bank. For instance today, when my business account wouldn't sync with QuickBooks, he spoke with QuickBooks for an hour to get it resolved. If you are considering changing banks or looking for a place to open a new account I would definitely check out Central bank. I can guarantee you they will be there when you need them.
