Our experience with Northpoint (and Ryan Thomas!) was fantastic. As first time buyers having someone who was willing to explain everything, go over all options was so helpful. We always felt like a priority. I can't recommend them enough!

I recently secured a mortgage from the Northpoint Mortgage Inc. location in Dover NH. The lender and administrative staff were consistently disorganized, and made multiple errors throughout the process including the day of closing. I was bombarded daily with "urgent' requests for documents, rather than an organized list, and told several times by the lender I worked with that this would be "the last one," only to have something else pop up a day later. My name was misspelled throughout the paperwork, and many of the forms had an incorrect address, which I requested several times to be corrected. They did not make the requested corrections, which led me to have to print, sign and scan the same documents several times. On the day of closing, the lender had no idea who I was and gave the "closing gift" to the Seller's Realtor as he thought she was me. My closing documents were also full of errors, including listing me as "married" (I am not) and still contained an incorrect address which I lived at in 2016. The deed was also incorrect. I received my first mortgage statement and was overbilled. I had told the lender repeatedly that I purchased my own insurance, and did not want it in escrow, and the statement came with insurance included which would be an annual overpayment of $600+. I was then told my loan was sold to Wells Fargo and to pay their statement instead, which I did, then received another email 2 weeks later from Northpoint stating that my mortgage was pas due (even though they told me to pay it to Wells Fargo). I found the team at Northpoint to be incompetent, and the process has been very frustrating from start to finish. I have no trust in this company and would not recommend or use them again.
