Ania is amazing and efficient! I spoke with her originally see if some of my financial choices ( like co-signing on a car, etc) would effect my chances of buying a home. I did not think my credit was exactly where it needed to be (680's) and she got me approved that same week, and also gave me some homework to do in the meantime while House hunting to get approved for my max budget (paying down certain credit cards, etc). Ania and her assistant Sean kept in contact with me during the process, (especially, Sean because I had many questions!). We closed on our expected closing date and it was quick.
