Very poor customer service. My brother was banking here. Just started an account. Then our brother on the east coast died. He didn't put money in the account and instead of letting him start fresh, or removing some of the debt, they told him they'd keep it open to accrue more debt for not having money in it and then close it when they felt like it. Now he owes thousands of dollars here for simply forgetting the account after his brother died. The woman was cold and more concerned with her makeup. Woman, you're still ugly inside there. It's not helping anyone!!!

They are always very friendly, very knowledgeable, and quick and efficient. I rarely wait for more than a minute in line; usually I am able to walk right up to a teller.
