Billing issues, including sign on fees that they “forgot” to mention when signing up. They told us we get one free bulk item per week. I called and placed a work order for an item but it wasn’t picked up. Corporate decided After we moved the item to the curb that we don’t get the one bulk item free now and it would cost to have it picked up. Driver’s seem nice and wave to the kids. The office is disorganized at best.

I have resorted to posting this after making many calls and sending emails to Advanced to resolve problems that deal with service, and more importantly, pricing. I have six dumpsters at my commercial and residential properties. The service is only as good as the truck driver. One property manager has to monitor one particular prone to laziness driver who passes up her location, as if we're a new customer he forgets. (4 years) When she calls Advance to remind him to come back, Advance says that the driver couldn't pick up because the dumpster was blocked. :\ As a minor problem, the corals that the City forces us to have around the dumpsters, have doors which the drivers have to open but won't close when they're done. The deal breaker is the pricing gimmick. They're on a roll with base price rate hikes. In the last several years, my rate has jumped 5-6 times. And they added a new flavor to their pricing called "compliance" - makes them sound like a victim. And this also mysteriously goes up. So, before you sign on, do your research.
