    I dont have a loan here but my other half does and apparently they are going to sue vecause they are 15 days late on their payment that they told them wouldnt be in until feb 1st. Apparently the new manager is going to sue anyone who is 15 days past due. I did look up federal laws and they cannot threaten to sue you over the phone they have been turnes into the FTC. Make sure you arent late with any payments!!!
