We were told that Academy Mortgage keeps the traditional mortgages and does not sell them off. I'm pretty sure they had it sold off before the ink was dry on the closing documents! Sure, they were fine to secure a mortgage but they are not as transparent as they claim to be. If I would have known that they would sell off my mortgage right away then I probably would have gone a different route. I don't recommend them.

I have worked with the team at Academy Mortgage many times. They are awesome people who always have the customers best interest in mind! Would highly recommend.
