Have not had a great experience with this company, as they have made the process very challenging. I have worked with Lima One Capital in the past and their process was far more enjoyable for myself. Temple View Capital does not make the draw request process very convenient, they also do not provide quality interest rates. They also make it a habit of asking for more items after you have already provided them everything they originally requested. As a part of draw request they indicated that I needed to provide a Lien Release Waiver, which I typed out and had signed by the Contractor and Subcontractor before a notary. After I went through all the trouble they rejected it and then claimed that I needed to submit their form which must be signed by just the Contractor. As an additional example of their porous experience, they required me to submit all of the Checking Information for the account which we wanted the funds wired to after requiring a cancelled/voided check be included with the initial closing. However, after I input all of the information once again, they then called me the following day only to ask me to provide all of the information over the phone. They then informed me that because they were calling so late in the day (3:30pm eastern time) that the disbursement wouldn't be able to be wired until the following business day. They also charged us $500.00 to reorganize their requested draw schedules because they claimed that the one submitted wouldn't work for our rehab job. This company has been a headache to work with, and I am looking forward to returning to working with Lima. For any who are wondering why we went with Temple View Capital in the first place instead of Lima, unfortunately our rehab mortgage broker routed us to Temple View Capital claiming that they would be a better fit for our needs and he was extremely incorrect.

I have closed several loans with this lender. I did not have any issues and all of my loans were quick to close. One of the loans had a delay on the seller's end & Temple View did a great job dealing with the delay and making sure the loan closed. I worked with Matt S. & Danielle O. and I am very happy with their communication & knowledge. I would highly recommend Temple View and will definitely work with them again.
