I currently have a mortgage loan out with Owners choice. The process was LONG and STRESSFUL when closing on the house. But the fact that the staff members were so quick to reply, answered all questions, helped explain things in further detail helped out tremendously. I appreciated all the things they did for me to finally own my own home!

I scheduled a call between 430 and 8pm. The representative rushed me off of the phone stating that it was late and there were people waiting all day. I was forced to go in to the location to get all of the questions I had. I'm so turned off by this company right now! Because of the one rep.! My family has been members of the Buffalo Metro Credit Union for over 35 years and to be treated this way is unacceptable!!!!
