There were a lot of hurdles to overcome to complete the refinance on one home and purchase another. Despite that, Todd stuck with me and we worked together to make it happen (mostly, Todd made it happen!).

Most recently, he served as the mortgage broker for my daughter, a first time homebuyer. He was instrumental in positioning her as a premium candidate. That gave her a significant advantage in this tight housing market. He supported her as and her real estate agent through the entire process. He even impressed the seller’s real estate agent who contacted him on Saturday night to gain a perspective on how qualified my daughter was for a mortgage. The seller’s agent was meeting with her client the next day to choose among four bids for his house. Todd responded that night. And that note sealed the deal. My daughter was selected and is now a homeowner. The kind of attention to client service that Todd provides is really had to find.
