Horrible company to finance through!! 4 months of hassle , pour quality assurance making us over pay by 166.00 a month on our mortgage because of there mess up. (We figured out this issue not them) We were forced to come up With the 166 a month for 90 days! Yes it can take up to 90 days and they sure took there time in making this right. Staying up on having to call them 2 times a week on our end to make it all stop. If we refused to pay it would of hit our credit hard so we had been told 💁🏼‍♀️ in the months of fighting them at the end we got issued a check for the amount we over paid but no compensation is given on there end to make this right. I want you all to know our taxes only went up 12.00 a month after WE investigated making them look into it. What a large hassle this was!

When it came to buying our house, they were very helpful, especially when it came to getting them paid... We were happy with them, and made EVERY payment on time for over a year, THEN we found out we could get a lower Mortgage through another company, and here's where the problems started. All of a sudden, they stopped returning calls and are even currently trying to double charge our current payment, as if that's not the worst of it, their website won't allow us to pay anything BUT the full double amount, and not what we ACTUALLY owe. This company WAS great, and now they seem to be punishing us for finding lower payments through another company.
