As a real estate professional, it is so easy working with Tim Estes. He goes the extra mile for his clients and doesn’t let up til he gets the loan to closing. This 5-star rating is well deserved!

I definitely recommend Tim. He is easy to work with and explains anything you need or want to know about your lending process and other items to keep in mind for future financial goals. He kept me updated on things and everything regarding the dealing with the insurance and lawyer went smoothly. Now I'm in my new house! Thank you, Tim!
