Your tail light officer and his treatment of the 65 year old farm girl is appalling and a good example of why so many people feel the way they do about police these days. How these events unfolded over a tail light is horrible and demonstrates very poor policing skills at the very top of the list. Right or Wrong ? This could have been handled better by yards !!!
