If anyone is looking to buy a new house definitely work with Mike Louden! Mike helped me through the whole process and also made things easy to understand. He was very easy going and real with me and not trying to pull any of those behind your back tricks that some banks might. I also should add that I’m a first time home buyer and am only 18 years old and he was able to guide me through the whole process and everything went very smoothly!
