Whenever I have a simple problem that other Banks would take care of, these people always end up just sending me back to the BROKEN website when they could fix the issue right there over the phone. Website is terrible and the employees use it as an excuse to not fix issues. This bank also has a lot of dumb fees like an extra ATM charge if you use it more than six times a year. What a joke. Done. No after hours drop boxes for just envelopes, unless you got a key to unlock the big one. Lame asf. Not everyone works days and is up in normal business hours....you should provide the option to your customers.
