I moved down from New York and have been very impressed with the service I have received from the staff and management of the Burgaw First Citizens office. It's a class act !!

First Citizens Bank has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I work in a Customer service field. I would be fired if I were to perform my job in the manner this fist citizens teller provided customer service.
