The closing date had to be rescheduled three times. This was due to poor communication from Kirk and the team at Movement Mortgage to make me fully aware of what documents I owed them. The day before each attempt at closing I was told of new documents I owed. I was even told the day of the actual closing that I didn't have enough money in my account though I had over $500 above the closing amount. Ultimately, Kirk was absent and didn't seem to read my communications with his team. This was evident from his calls asking the same questions that were already answered in emails he was included on. There should have been a single point of contact. One person to give me a list of documents that was needed and to track everything I had sent in to Movement Mortgage.
