Katie Obermiller was very patient with two first time home buyers. She met with us to ensure we understood numbers and calculations. She found time on the weekend for early morning chats or meet-ups. She walked us through each step to ensure we knew the expected closing costs. She made everything easy and understandable. I highly encourage any people new to the home buying process to work directly with Katie.

The team at Academy Mortgage - Beaverton were helpful and walked me through any question that I had.
