**I'm editing this because it's under a different name now Love the branch, which was Citizen's Bank at the time, in Bridgeport, Ohio. I was treated unfair by a ignorant bank teller. It was so horrible that, in a nutshell, a false police report was filed. Unfortunately it's the closest to my house, so I HAVE to go here at times, not because I WANT to. I hope the teller was reprimanded for the way I was treated and finds another job where she doesn't have to be around people.

(PLEASE READ ALL) When we put money in the bank apparently their is a 1,000 dollar spending limit. We called to see why the payment was not going through, and they said we automatically put that limit there (Without you knowing). After this was going on I asked if we can raise the limit, and they said only this time, but they couldn't do it because their manager left early. Another restrictions they put on my account was that I couldn't order products from California or Texas due to high level of fraud in those states. Even if I was ok with those risk I was wanting to order from trusted websites (Newegg and iBUYPOWER) they wouldn't let me. I really considering to complain to head office and speak up about these issues. But remember not all of these things are my local banks' fault, so in a way I do feel bad for them for having to tell us why we can't do the shopping/purchasing a freedom matter. One I found ironic was that on my card it says "The Freedom Card" and I can't spend my money on Amazon with an unlimited limit even though I have the money in the bank, but want to tell me how to spend MY money. On the bright side of it the staff that was one the phone was really nice, and most if not all the staff are really nice and awesome. It is just management putting these restrictions on us American citizens. But now it is harder to have an ease shopping experience with banks.
