I came to Bank Plus to open my first bank account. I did little research and basically went to my parents bank. I should have known this was a mistake from the beginning. I was sent to 4 different locations in my area just to try and set up my account. In the years since I’ve just ignored their shortcomings. Their mobile app is lacking major features and is constantly down for maintenance. The website is almost worse. Difficult to navigate, links sending you in circles, and clearly dated. After recently getting charged several unexplained fees and not getting any answers I’ve decidedly leave Bank Plus and my eyes have been opened. Not all banks are the same.
