Dave is highly responsive, very efficient, and helpful. He is knowledgeable and informative, always pleasant, and completed in a few weeks a mortgage that one of the major banks had taken months to still have incomplete. Got a good rate too. I recommend him without hesitation. We'll likely refinance another property with him. A second experience with Dave (Sept., 2019) was as good or better. This time we re-financed a few properties at the same time, re-organized the loans into one, and got a great interest rate out of it as well. All handled as smoothly as the first time with all the docs signed in the comfort and convenience of our own home. And, all this when he was extremely busy with a flood of work!

Dave is such an amazing person to work with! He was always there for any questions I had throughout my home buying process. He is always on top of what needs to be done within a certain time so we are right on schedule! He has an amazing personality and is always willing to break down any contracts that seemed cryptic. This was a great help, since we are first time home buyers! He made every step of the way painless and easy. I highly recommend his services if you are looking for a great mortgage company and representative. PS: sorry I called you on your daughter's birthday! xD Thank you for everything Dave, you are seriously the best!!
