I had an outstanding experience working with Sam at American Pacific Mortgage. She was so nice and friendly helped and walked me threw every step on getting my land and home built on it. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is buying or building your dream home, you become not just a client I feel, but more like family at the end. :)

I would highly recommend Melisa and her quality team! This company was efficient, professional and will get the job done. Our questions were answered up front and we knew what was going on during the entire process. I am more than satisfied with our experience. Thank you for a job well done.
