This business is a joke. The owner takes no accountability, brings his personal problems to work, will take it out on you. Will not pay you on time (try every 3 weeks) will not even pay his own land lord. Expects his employees to buy and restock office supplies even toilet paper on their own. The place smells like feet. Brings his kid to work because he refuses to pay for child care, will probably ask you to watch his kid if you let him. Micro manages you until the bone, instead of getting more loans for his business. Unprofessional, dresses up like he’s homeless, condescending and overall a terrible business man. Not sure how he stays in business but definitely plan on not staying here no longer than a week or two before you find your next job.

Great place, great people. William Jaramillo does not play around and gets it done. I will highly recommend them. So far they have help me get 2 properties.
