This financial institution has the worst online banking interface I have ever had to use. It was constantly locking me or my husband out. Also we were unable to connect our business account details to our bookkeeping software directly and I had to pay a Bookkeeper extra money to figure it out and convert it for use in our software. When I requested statements for the 4 months we had the account because I had never been able to get their "eStatements" to work, I now have to pay $3/statement. I am closing our personal account as well as I just spent 20-minutes trying to download the eStatements for this account and it kept giving me errors and making me log back in. I don't have time for this!

if you can please avoid this bank, They will take money out of your account without your knowledge. Not to mention they DO NOT protect your money i promise you that they are the biggest scams of banks i've seen and if ANYTHING I MEAN ANYTHING fraud on your account its a headache to even get your money back even if you go through their steps. WORST BANK EVER! you will do better with wells fargo the only good thing about this bank is they have cute debit cards. ALSO! 50% OF THE TIME YOUR BANK CARD WILL NOT WORK AT CERTAIN STORES SO IF YOU ARE GOING WITH THIS BANK I HIGHLY SUGGEST PULLING MONEY EVERY CHANCE YOU GET NEVER DEPEND ON THIS BANK FULLY BECAUSE THEY TRULY LET THEIR CUSTOMERS DOWN! CHECK THEIR BETTER BUSINESS REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SETTLE WITH THIS BANK.
