It’s a good bank but the employees are very mean they don’t care about you they only want your money not a customer base place KIM one of the Managers she needs to be fired I went in to ask a question about my account and Continued to tell me that’s how all banks work about the issue we were discussing and that was a lie I was with commerce bank for your and platt valley bank and the issue I was having my old banks would have taking care of it but instead of helping me figure out the information she said we’ll go back to your old bank we don’t care........ she does not deserve your money or your time I would suggest going to another location or don’t bank with this bank!!!!!!!!!🤬

When I got set up for this bank account they asked if I wanted the overdraft option I said no but still end up overdrafting like $5 and they take over $200 for a $5 overdraft I loose alot of money out of alot my checks for stupid little things that shouldn't happen if they did there job right and wasn't trying to steal your money in very upset and would love to be contacted
