I wrote my mortgage through another lender when I purchased my house. J&N sent me a flyer with my original lender in big bold letters with their own name in fine print that's hard to read, so I thought it was my previous lender contacting me. On top of that, they quoted the current 15 year mortgage rate APR, then applied that rate to a 30 year loan, THEN only quoted the principal and interest as my "quoted payment". I'm half way tempted to file a claim with the BBB because, with current interest rates, there is simply NO WAY to get the payment that they claim BECAUSE THEY FUDGED THE NUMBERS. I tried. I ran the numbers myself. I've never wrote a review just for a mail flyer before, but this kind of behavior is such a slime bag move, I almost felt I had an obligation to post up to warn others of this company's behavior. (Queue canned corporate answer to make readers of this review feel warm and fuzzy, but doesn't actually address the issue or modify their behavior.)
