Don't waste your time on a loan request. Not sure who is making the decisions but lacks communication between different levels of bank.

Mediocre and inconsistent customer service. Different employees provide different answers regarding the same policies and procedures... very frustrating! We’ve also been charged a fee after the bank made a mistake. There’s lots of other places you can go with your money. Be careful.
