Update: I ended up using them for a third time, they were proactive in helping me refinance when it made sense. Thanks to my new rate I am saving money. They also helped walked me through the options and always explain everything well, so I was aware of what costs/no costs came with refinancing options to make the best decision for me. As always, they are top notch in my book! === The whole team at Westwood Mortgage is great! This is my second time using them and this time around it was under less than ideal circumstances. However they were super helpful even under these "tricky" situations and made sure everything was taken care of promptly.
