Tammy does a fantastic job for my clients, so as a Realtor buying investment property, I decided to go with Tammy's team at Guild. From the first conversation with Lisa and through each step with Tracy, it was smooth, professional, thorough and communication was clear and timely throughout the entire transaction. We were finished early and had no last minute crush to sign loan documents to close on time - they surpassed my very high expectations ! I can now recommend personally as well as professionally, and I will!

Tammy and her team set a new standard for service! After talking with two other mortgage lenders in Portland, I found Tammy and her team and knew immediately I wanted to work with them. They made the process a breeze for me as a first time homeowner. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
