I have banked here for 18 years and never had an issue, but went to the window lights on and blinds open not realizing they closed at 5pm. Two tellers sat there and seen me and could not even come to the window to let me know they were closed, they chose to ignore me instead. I sat there a couple mins and then went to leave and the one teller turned and smiled. All they had to say was we are closed. How was I suppose to know lights on blinds up at window. I am considering a new bank after that rude behavior and like I said I have banked here 18 years, but will not tolerate snobby, rude tellers.
