We decided to refinance our home but were concerned about all the time and effort it would take. When we talked to Rod at West Coast Mortgage, he explained the entire process and kept it so simple for us. He was able to turn around our application and approval so fast. Once our appraisal was done, it closed way faster than we thought. Rod made the entire process go fast and smooth from beginning to end. Everything went like clockwork and he knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it for us. If you are looking for an extremely knowledgeable and professional broker, call Rod.

Rod Britten at West Coast Mortgage helped me purchase a home last year and he did an amazing job! He is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. He communicated throughout the entire process, answering questions and making sure I understood and felt comfortable with everything. Thankfully (at times) he even kept my realtor on task! Buying a home is stressful enough, so it’s nice to know you have someone in your corner who is looking out for your best interests. Rod is definitely that guy! I had a very positive experience and was extremely happy with his services. Anytime I hear of someone looking to buy/refinance a home, I will refer them to Rod Britten…in a heartbeat!
