Diane Rick owns and operates this location. She was recommended to me from a Realtor friend. Diane did a very good job of communicating with me via email, and keeping me posted, and answering questions quickly, normally same day or within 24 hours. She was able to find me excellent interest rates and great terms on a large real estate loan, so I was pre-approved to find and make purchase offers on various properties as desired. She was pleasant to work with and I do recommend her. Give her maybe 2 weeks to 8 weeks to get everything lined up for approval. This does mean approved, as in went thru underwriting, fixed any issues, answered all questions, and ready to get a check to buy, not to be confused with just being pre-qualified, which is more of a simple 1 or 2 day process that says your income is enough to borrow this much money. Unfortunately for her, after all she had done, I ended up using my own cash to make my real estate purchase. But she did have everything ready for me and if I decide to borrow money and not pay cash on my next large purchase I will use her.
