Jamie Bates was very knowledgable and professional. On both, my refinance and purchase on my first non-occupied investment property, she handled both loans all at once very efficiently. Would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family thanks, Jamie!

If moving from another state for the first time wasn’t hard enough, finding a new home lender was just as hard. Thank god my wife and I found Jamie Bates. She made that feeling of being overwhelmed in buying our first home an easy one. She made sure we understood every detail in every step of the way. She didn’t treat us as if we’re just clients but treated us like we were family. I highly recommend Jamie Bates as your lending officer and I’d definitely give her a call if we ever decided to buy another house. Aloha, Chris Andrion
